It is always a pleasure to walk into the leasing office and see Martha, Shannon, and Crystal with their bright and welcoming smiles. They’re always there to help me when I have any issues or just to talk stories about each others day. I’ve never had and real issues living here for the past year and a half. Their maintenance staff is also great and quick to respond. Thank you!!!

I came to your tour at Duo because I will be relocating for work.. this place is amazing. I enjoyed all the amenities.. the resort style pool is what sold me. The office staff was great. Martha showed me around and was very thorough and explained everything very good. I met Crystal who is the manager and Shannon who also works on the office. They were also very nice. The customer service that these ladies offered is what sold me. I already know that when I live at Duo, I will be very happy with the staff and the community..

Duo Apartments claim to offer luxury living. All lies! The facilities are dirty and may be cleaned only once a week. The gym is dirty and hot, and the 24-hour café is dirty. The tables are always sticky, and the floors are dirty. The clubhouse is also dirty, and everything is sticky. It's not cleaned well. The parking garage is dirty and smelled like gas for about two weeks. Pet owners are dirty and do not clean up after their animals. The rent is very high and not worth it. If you have a maintenance issue, it will be ignored since there is only one maintenance person. The refrigerator placed in each apartment freezes your food spoiling your food and produce. This has been a common issue with other units. The Manager has continued to ignore this issue. Also, your mail and packages will be stolen, and the leasing office couldn't care less. I do not recommend living here unless you're okay with high rent and a dirty facility. The apartments were very cheaply built. Also, all of these reviews are fake because they were begging for good reviews. The manager, Crystal is very unprofessional.. One more thing they did fire inspections and we overheard that maintenance guy stating they’re supposed to do fire inspections every year, which they clearly stated they do not do.

We recently moved into DUO Apartments and have had a great experience so far. The entire move-in process was quick and smooth, which made what could have been a stressful transition feel easy and well organized. Everything was clearly communicated, and we felt supported every step of the way. Shannon, our leasing agent, did an excellent job throughout the process. She was responsive, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Her helpfulness and attention to detail really made a difference in making us feel confident about our move. We’re really enjoying the apartment and community so far, and we’re hopeful that everything continues to go just as smoothly moving forward.

We had a terrible experience with this apartment community. We applied for and held an apartment in early May, but nearly a month later we were informed that the current tenant would not be moving out. Throughout the process, communication was unclear, and we spent whole week waiting without getting a clear answer about what was happening. The entire experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, and our interactions with the leasing office, particularly Martha, were often unpleasant and unhelpful. The situation could have been handled much more professionally, and we did not feel treated fairly. I would encourage anyone considering this property to make sure they get clear and confirmed information before making plans.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Martha at the front office, along with the entire office and maintenance team, for the outstanding job they’ve been doing. Martha is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful when it comes to handling our packages and answering any questions we have. The maintenance team has also been great—quick to respond, efficient, and reliable whenever we submit a request. It really makes a difference knowing things will be taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, the whole team has been doing an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly, especially when it comes to communication about rent and other concerns. It’s very much appreciated!

i use to actually love living here with the old property manager and leasing associates but they did leaving due to being under paid lol even tho they nickel and dime residents for everything. here’s a unfiltered things you should know before paying 4 grand coming from a business owner who works hard and doesn’t have a trust fund lol if u move in 1) i did receive free parking but they’ll charge u to park 2) people will smoke weed and cigs at the roof of in the stair ways 3) i don’t blame the employees ever for leaving they are very uperpaid and overworked even tho us as residents get charged for everything 4) im not the only resident that has packages or items stolen + my friends who also live here they didn’t do anything and told them “it’s there fault that they didn’t leave notes for delivery” WHAT NOTES SHOULD WE LEAVE?? its a secured building already 5) they charge for guest parking 🤣 PER DAY and if u park before the gate where it says guest you’ll be towed 6) new associates r not very helpful at all 7) in the building 6670 there r 2 buildings people will walk there dog and leave dog 💩 all over the side walk or in the dirt next to the sidewalk 8) yes i do realize this is a pet friendly building but u have residents who don’t have control over there pets 9) walls r very thin for 4k is kinda crazy 10) they also WILL raise rent every year EVERY SINGLE YR they don’t care about loyalty they don’t care about there employees or YOU 11) turn over for employees it’s crazy they’ll hire a new manager and they will quit in less than a month that’s just shows u how much they care about us so THINK TWICE before signing the lease UPDATE Crystal the new property manager prob the worst one I’ve ever encountered we spoke April 13 through phone and email and never got a response back on our situation even though I sent follow up emails we would get no response from the team or herself. I’ll attach the photo below of the email threads of me asking for an update and no response. I’ve lived all over the Bay Area I’ve paid less in rent. I’ve paid more in rent Even the properties I’ve paid less in rent I’ve never had this issue of the poor management, not responding!! You guys can read the other reviews too of other people having similar issues with the property. Yeah, there’s some good reviews because they’ll literally call you and ask you to write a good review😂😂

I lived here for about 10 months. Overall, there are definitely some positives, but unfortunately the recurring issues outweighed them. **Pros:** * The leasing office and maintenance team were friendly and responsive, especially Allen and Mikey. They were always professional and tried their best to help. * The community was generally quiet at night, and noise was rarely an issue. * The landscaping and overall environment were nice and well maintained. **Cons:** * **Persistent ant infestation.** Hundreds of ants would suddenly appear throughout the apartment, even though I had no pets and never left food out. Pest control came almost every other week, but the problem was never resolved. * **Package theft.** I had packages stolen. The staff was helpful and reviewed the security footage, but nothing was ever recovered, and I didn't see any meaningful improvements afterward to prevent future theft. * **False fire alarms.** There were two fire alarms around 3 AM during my 10-month stay. Both turned out to be false alarms. What was frustrating was the lack of any follow-up explanation or visible effort to prevent similar incidents. * **Weak building security.** Exterior doors were frequently left open or failed to stay secured, making it easy for non-residents to enter. I believe this also contributed to the package theft issue. The staff here genuinely tried to help whenever I reached out, and I appreciate their efforts. However, management needs to address the ongoing pest problems, building security, and communication after major incidents.
